The Mature Workers Alliance of Puget Sound is an all-volunteer group of individuals representing private business, for-profit, non-profit, education, and all levels of government organizations.

Our mission is to empower mature workers to increase their productive and meaningful presence of age and experience in the workforce.

To these ends, we are dedicated to ensuring that respected and valued mature workers will hold satisfying jobs in supportive work environments, and that their compensation will be equal to that of others.

The Mature Workers Alliance of Puget Sound is proud to present an annual Job and Resource Fair.

The object is provide a place where mature workers and job seekers can meet with hiring employers and access training and other resources in their pursuit of successful employment.

Our goal is to inform people of the skills needed to be competitive in today’s job market and connect them with employers.

At the Fair, we facilitate access to employers and job training organizations and other services that support employment success. A number of employers will be present to meet you and collect your resume. We offer tips for job seekers, encourage job retention, advancement for mature workers already employed and hope to minimize future labor shortages resulting from businesses unable to find qualified candidates. We also help provide information that will help mature workers in their everyday work lives.

There is no admission charge.
