The Mature Workers Our
mission is to empower mature workers and support the productive presence of
age and experience in the workforce. To
these ends, we sponsor workshops and job fairs for older workers to help them
conduct successful job searches and connect to hiring employers. The
events we offer are free of charge and open to the public. In
addition to workshops and job fairs, we encourage businesses to recruit and
retain mature workers and benefit from the experience, strong work ethic, and
loyalty they offer. We invite employers to visit the Employ Experience

to assess how “mature worker friendly” they are and find helpful
new ideas to implement. |
